In my place, in my place.. oh yeah...

Forgive me for i havent been updating this page.. but i've been through some busy times and some uncomfortable ones as well... well firstly, i've been mightly busy trying to adapt to life in melaka, to life as a university student and as a social outcast. and for the latter part, i've been trying to blog for a few days already.. the first few attempts proved unsuccessful for no technical reasons whatsoever.. but for the reason that i just dont feel comfortable blogging from anywhere else either than my pc here at subang. I tried blogging from the uni com labs.. but i couldnt bring myself to it... so was scene at the cyber cafes as well.. i always guess those machines just dont cut it...well i guess it just HAS to be that i'm staring at MY monitor, typing on MY keyboard, listening to MY music and all in the comforts of home. also if u were wondering, yes, i now am in subang, at home, blogging just as i mentioned how.

Anyway, back to the matter of the day. Joshua's blog post. i'm already 2 weeks through my classes in MMU. i can feel life's pace beginning to pick up... assignments have kicked into gear and its school again, in full motion. its kinda refreshing honestly, after such a long time just lazing around brain dead.. i finally get the rusty thing up aand running again... happy to find it, albeit a little sketchy, still in relatively good working condition. I'm really enjoying lessons as its all in english and its by far simpler to understand. So to sum it up, academic side of life is all in order, for the time being. Things aren't really as sweet and blisfull on the social side. I'm trying to make new friends, something i haven't done properly since form three or four.. and it hasn't been a very fruitful venture as of yet. i'm the kinda guy who believes in that good ol' saying "having a few great friends is better than having lots of normal ones". I've been holding on to that saying, and my group of friends, for as long as i can remember. I still do believe so. That's probably the reason for the absence of a social life. I've already got a group of friends who i can confidently call brothers and sisters. So why the need for more? i know i will need to make friends in melaka someday... but its proving to be quite a task... So the surge will continue till it succeeds..
Today, that point of mine about the few good friends really came to life... today, i've felt more comfortable and i had more fun than i've had the whole past 2 weeks. Not forgetting yesterday and friday night as well... i'll be back next week!

P.S. A small favour i need from all of u people who check on this page regularly, could u just drop a comment?.. it can be anonymous if preferred but it would be nice if i knoew who i am writing for...i just wanna know if its worth maitaining..
